Arranging treatment for an eating disorder at Milestones begins with a call. Our Admissions Director will ask you some basic questions and likely arrange for you to either visit us or arrange for an assessment by phone with one of our clinical staff. There is no cost or obligation for participating in our pre-admission assessment or verifying insurance benefits. We accept Aetna, Cigna and Tricare insurance, as well as, many out of network insurance benefits. For those without insurance coverage, our admissions director will discuss the possibility of a discounted self-pay option to pay for the program.
Upon completing the pre-admission assessment, our Clinical Director will speak with you and make certain coming to Milestones is the most appropriate course of action to deal with your eating disorder. Should both you and our clinical team agree, our Admissions Director will “walk you through” the process of picking an admission date and help you make the necessary arrangements to begin the program.
